Production Flow
1. Accepting your commission.
I will provide you with a rough estimate and production schedule.
2. Payment from the customer Basically, payment is made in advance.
3. Start of production Submission of color rough sketch
4. Color Ring
5. Final check and delivery (PSD, PNG)
- Deadlines and Delivery
・The period from the start of production to delivery.
- It takes about 1-2 weeks to create the illustration.
- It takes about 2-3 months to create a character design.
・The start of production may be delayed slightly depending on the schedule.
・Please let us know if you have a tight deadline.
- Use
・All copyrights of the work belong to the illustrator.
・Finished illustrations can be used on social media and streams (X,
Instagram, TikTok, Twtich, YouTube, etc).
・However, if you wish to commercialize the illustrations for use or sale, you
will need to purchase commercial rights separately.
- Refunds
・No cancellations are allowed from the time you start an illustration.
・The artist reserves the right to cancel an order if the terms are violated at a particular moment.
・In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting the order to be canceled.
・If a refund is forced through a third party, all rights to the work will be revoked from the contractor and the illustrator will retain all rights to the work and the right to sell it to other buyers. In this case, the offending party will no longer be able to commission the work.
- Communication
・Contact can be made via Twitter (X) DM(https://x.com/uduki_illust) or Gmail (uduki.illustration@gmail.com).
- Use
